REI boasts one of the largest bike, board and ski service businesses in the nation. Until recently, however, REI did not apply a distinct brand identity to its shop services.
In 2017, I led a branding initiative for this area of the business. This project entailed substantial market research and interviews with shop staff. My team created a name, mark, tagline, visual aesthetic and brand personality.
